Last summer I was locked away in downtown Atlanta hotel filming a new cooking competition show that premieres March 31st. I was there June 13-July 4. My little sister died by suicide the day I checked in, that was also my sons 18th birthday. We could only leave our rooms 1 hour a day. That time on “lockdown” transformed my mind.
